To all of the supporters of Hot Topic and fans of TWILIGHT:

Although no explanation will correct the situation that occurred in Chicago today at the Orland Square Mall, I wanted to attempt to explain what happened from our point of view.

Project: Make Rob Laugh.

Alright so with the crazyness that has ensued over the past couple of days I thought it would be cool if everyone here at Lion Lamb did something to make him laugh. I really think that Rob needs to just laugh. Over at Twatlight when two different people met him they made him laugh. I thought that was great and exactly what he needs.  It would be good for him since he's probably stressed with all the psycho fans and shit. Anway any ideas as to what we could do?  I just want something to be extremely funny that he would never forget!

Someone On IMDb Saw The Movie

She took pictures as proof that she watched it and she answered a lot of questions for people who wanted to know more about it. She also said that she liked it VERY much and that it was a lot better than she expected. She gave it a 9/10. I'm not sure if she is answering anymore questions, but I'm sure that if she gets back on she will. For now you can read her answers to questions here:

There are spoilers under spoiler cuts so if you don't want to be spoiled, don't read them.

Hey guys! Don't think that these have been posted yet. ALL originally credit from Here@Intercender which is why I've combined them into 1 post.

Twilight Week Declared On Deep Cable
By Josh Tyler: 2008-11-12 23:30:35 ShareThis
It’s starting to look like Twilight’s popularity is the real deal. This thing won’t be another Snakes on a Plane or Serenity. If you want evidence, then look no further than the hordes of promotional partners fighting to get a piece of it. And the winner is… the ReelzChannel.

Fans shriek as actor Robert Pattinson talks Edward Cullen, young love and Doctor Who

As the clock reached 6 p.m., the time he'd start signing autographs, the crowd started screaming, counting down, "Three … two … one …" Chaos.

"Oh my God," said Pattinson, laughing nervously at the uproar. "Are they going to blow [the place] up?"

Twilight's Kristen Stewart: Rob's Hair Smells Great!

There isn't a hotter movie out there right now than the vampire love story Twilight, and star Kristen Stewart dished to me about every angle. She does her own stunts, totally gets where her character Bella is coming from, and sees it all as something much more than the story of a girl "in love with the hottest vampire in the world."

Speaking of which, she also told me what it's like being so close to Robert Pattinson's infamously unwashed hair.

Twilight The Movie: Feminist Nightmare Transferred to Screen

This was posted on

What’s fascinating to me as a feminist is the way author Stephenie Meyer has written Edward as the controlling character. (I’ll admit that the first novel in the series, Twilight, was not so bad…it was the second, third, and fourth where he went over the top.) He is obsessed with Bella’s safety to the point that he becomes psycho protective in his behavior. When he leaves town, he bribes his sister into kidnapping Bella and not letting her out of her sight. He’s constantly telling Bella -- by all accounts an intelligent, independent character who has essentially raised herself -- that she needs to be “protected” and “kept safe.” (I can’t help but think of those abusive husband warning signs...won’t let you out of his sight, needs to know your every move, where you are at all times, etc.)

Here’s a conversation from the third book, where Bella is trying to explain to Edward why she should still be able to hang out with Jacob the werewolf, whom she only sees as a friend. Edward sees Jacob as a threat.

Edward: You can't expect me to let you --
Bella: Oh yes I can, that's exactly what I expect.
Edward: This won't happen again.
Bella: That’s right! Because you're not going to overreact next time.
Edward: Because there isn't going to be a next time.
Bella: I understand when you have to leave, even if I don't like it --
Edward: That's not the same. I'm not risking my life.
Bella: Neither am I.
Edward: Werewolves constitute a risk.
Bella: I disagree.
Edward: I'm not negotiating this, Bella.
His hands were in fists again. I could feel them against my back.

WTF? I mean, I get that Meyer is writing this as a hot teenage romance, and that she's counting on the teenage girl fantasy of being desired by several boys (in this case, Edward AND Jacob both want Bella) to fuel readers’ interest. But what concerns me is that girls are translating Edward's controlling, obsessive behavior into evidence of True Love.

Dark Horizons Interview w/ Rob

Question: So that’s how you react to the screams and the frenzy?

Pattinson: Every single time. I started crying in Italy. Like, completely involuntarily.

Question: Really?

Pattinson: Yeah. Like, do you know when you have the wrong reaction to something? It was really embarrassing. I didn’t even know I was. Kristen, I think, turned around to me. And she’s like, “Are you crying?” I just found out there’s a whole pile of stuff. So. Yeah. I started crying when people are screaming at me. I really didn’t think that would happen.

Stephenie Meyer + Entertainment Weekly

Stephenie has been chosen by Entertainment Weekly as one of their 25 Entertainers of the Year!

In May, the best-selling author of the beloved young-adult Twilight saga published her first adult novel, The Host, which settled in on the New York Times best-seller list for 26 weeks. Before summer was out, she wrapped up the Twilight series with the polarizing finale Breaking Dawn, which has sold 2.7 million copies. After the Dawn book tour, she returned home to watch the first cut of the movie adaptation of Twilight. After her wild year, Meyer isn't dreaming of an island vacation — just time to write. Given all the love out there for her work, that'd be a win for everyone. —Karen Valby

Nikki Reed Talks Twilight

Just found an Interveiw with Nikki Reed, it's quite a long one, but I thought I would share. Not sure if anyone has seen this before, and I've not seen it posted, but I could be wrong about that though.

Actress Nikki Reed won critical acclaim for her debut film Thirteen, in which she not only starred opposite Holly Hunter and Evan Rachel Wood, but also co-wrote the film, with its director Catherine Hardwicke, at the early age of 14. Now at 20, the Los Angeles native has taken on the role of Rosalie Cullen in Twilight, the most highly anticipated film of the year. Based on the novel by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight follows the love story of 17-year-old, accident-prone Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), and the disarmingly handsome, yet distant, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), Rosalie’s brother, who also happens to be a vampire.

Amidst the whirlwind of publicity the cast is doing to promote the novel-turned-movie, Reed took time out to talk to MediaBlvd Magazine about being involved with the cultural phenomenon.

MediaBlvd Magazine> You’ve had a unique career, in the sense that acting chose you before you chose it. When did you become serious about acting and decide that you wanted to make a career out of it? At any point along the way, did you decide to get any formal training, or do you just work from instinct?

Nikki Reed> When we finished shooting Thirteen, I went into the 9th grade. I had no intention of being an actor. I just thought that it was a really fun thing that we did. If I look back, in retrospect, I didn’t realize that we were making a real movie. Because I was so close to the project, and because Catherine Hardwicke was always talking about shooting it on DV with her little home camera, by the time we finished filming, I thought, “That was a really fun summer project.” It wasn’t until the first magazine clipping was floating around school, which if I remember correctly was Cosmo Girl, and there was a little picture of me, from Thirteen, and people were going, “Oh, my god, you were in a movie!,” that I was like, “Really? When? What movie was this?” After that, I spent about a year, trying to decide what I wanted to do. I moved out of the house really young, when I was 14.

Robert Pattinson CD Project (up-date)

Ok, first of all just wanting to apologise for my absence for a couple of days, we had problems with the internet and had no connection for two days so I wasn't able to make an up-date post concerning the CD I'm sending Rob. But I'm here now, so up-date time. Ok I know I posted the closing date was the 20th but I've decided to close it today or tomorrow. I have enough songs now to fill three CD's, so once I have finished writing up the third CD's track list I shall post it in here, but for now i'm posting the official track listings for CD 1 and 2.

Thanks to winters_eclipse there's cover art for the first CD, and i love what she's done :), and I'm sure Rob will like it as well.

Onto the next bit, the letter, I'm deciding whether to send all this to the US address or the UK one, I was learning toward the US one cause he's there right now and probably won't be back in the UK for awhile, and although it'll take a little bit longer to get to him from where I live, at least he'll get it sooner then if I sent to the UK address. Anyway I'm thinking about the letter now and what to write but I need some ideas, I have sort of a starting point but don't know what else to put so any ideas would be awesome.

And I was wondering if you have the song you suggested would you be able to send it to me, it would take up a lot less time, and I'm not able to DL some of the songs.

InStyle: From Dusk Till Dawn

Procrastination is my middle name. Here I am, in the on-campus library using ProQuest (a periodical database) and I decide to type in Twilight to see if any new articles come up. Voila! I found the InStyle article that will be in the December 2008 issue. I'm also including the credits because I know there was some "debate" about whether there would only be one picture - looks like there'll be several (eeee!). InStyle will have a behind-the-scenes look at the photoshoot on their website tomorrow, not that anyone needs reminding. ;)

LA Times Countdown: Nov. 13

Today, Twilight writer Melissa Rosenberg defends Breaking Dawn...

There's no question that “Twilight” fans were divided on Stephenie Meyer’s series-ending finale, “Breaking Dawn.” But the author can take comfort in knowing that should the remaining books be turned into movies, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg is in her corner.

In my interview with Rosenberg, one of the driving forces behind Showtime's darkly comic "Dexter," she goes to bat for Meyer, reveals which actor came closest to the character she had envisioned while adapting "Twilight" and talks up Robert Pattinson’s take on the brooding Edward.

after twilight

i'm just curious to know.
what will happen when the movie, tours, conventions, ect are all over?
will everyone still come back to lion and lamb? still have the crazed obsession they do now?
or do you think it will all calm down and fly under the rador until new moon comes out?
cause to be honest with you, i'm actually really worried when it's over.
my life run's on twilight and without updates, sneak peeks ect ect i'm not to sure what i'll do.
Just remember back in August when Breaking Dawn came out. Remember how lost we felt?
will it be the same for Twilight?...

Robert Pattinson on Q102

I have no idea if I'm doing this right but I figured maybe you'd all wanna hear this. A girl I know won a contest with Q102 in Philadelphia and got to go to an interview he did with the station. And its going to be played on the station at 8 PM (meaning like very soon) on right now. Just click on listen now. I have no idea if I did this right but I wanted to get this up as quick as possible. I'll fix it if I need to.

Edit: So the interviews over, but I'm going to keep my eye out if they put it online. Meanwhile, theres a bunch of stuff up on their website from when Robert Pattinson was in NYC last week. You can go here ( and check it out. Oh, and you can enter to win a book signed by Stephenie Meyer and Robert Pattinson and listen to Never Think and Decode. Theres also a very funny interview that I've never seen before from when he was in New York.

Edit Again: So autumndreamer76was able to tape the interview and gave me the links to post. THANK YOU!!

And also, my friend said I could use some of her pictures that she took at the event, so here you go!!

FanFic~"Addictions" Chapter 1

Title: Addictions
Author: Lindseyfair
Characters/Pairings: Edward/Bella mostly, some Alice/Jasper, eventually Emmett/Rosalie
Rating: Overall M for Mature, adult themes and content. (Would you expect anything less from me.)
Category: Hurt/Comfort, Romance
Spoilers: None really, would be nice if you've at least read “Twilight” to get the basic character content.
This is Alternate Universe and is All Human.
Summary: Separately, Edward and Bella's lives are at a crossroads, tortured by the decisions they've made in their past. When they are re-united after ten years, will they find comfort in the arms of an old friend or just trade one addiction for another? Of course it's OCC, way more for Bella than Edward.
Disclaimer: I wish I owned Edward, but alas it wasn't meant to be. All credit goes to Stephenie Meyer.
